About Me

Hi, I'm Petra Psenner—a health coach based in Munich.

Before I became a health coach, I was in exactly the same place you might be right now. Burnout, irritable bowel syndrome, chronic fatigue—and doctors who couldn't find anything specific wrong.

I know what it feels like when your body won't cooperate anymore, but you keep going anyway.

Through my own journey, I've come to understand how deeply the nervous system, the gut, and nutrition are interconnected—and how crucial it is to address the root cause, not just the symptoms.

Today, I work with working women who, on the outside, seem to have everything under control—but deep down, they feel that their bodies are slowly starting to take their toll.
