About Me
My story.
Hi, I'm Petra—and I've been exactly where you might be right now.
You don't need more discipline.
You need to figure out what's really going on.
YOU'VE COME TO THE RIGHT PLACE
You're not here by chance. You've fought through the exhaustion, tried dietary supplements, and waited for everything to get back on track on its own. And now you're ready for something that really works.
Something that addresses the root cause.
You’re looking for support that will help you understand what your body really needs—and how you can become the woman who lives life again, rather than just going through the motions.
PERSONALIZED. WELL-INFORMED. SUSTAINABLE.
For ten years, I worked in corporate and consulting. I was good at it—and I paid the price. Burnout in 2020. Irritable bowel syndrome, which doctors called “stress-related” without offering any clear answers. Exhaustion after every vacation. My nervous system was in a constant state of alert, but I kept going—just like so many of us do.
In 2024, things took a different turn: after contracting COVID, I developed chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). For a long time, there was no definitive diagnosis, no clear plan—just a body that simply couldn’t go on anymore. That was the point at which I had to stop waiting to “get back to normal” and start asking: What does my body really need right now?
That question changed everything. I learned to regulate my nervous system, understand the connection between my gut and stress, and adjust my diet. Slowly—very slowly—things got better.
Today, I'm passing on what has helped me.
